Check the status and tracking number of every order shipped from our warehouse in Thailand.
How to check your order status
- By email – once dispatched, we send the tracking number and a tracking link to the email address used for the order. Check your inbox and spam folder.
- Via My account – sign in at My account then choose “Orders” to see the status and tracking number of every order.
- Via the courier – take your tracking number to the Kerry, Flash or Thailand Post website, depending on the courier shown on your order.
